Shoaib Nosherwani extends Independence Day greetings, emphasizes unity and development
Provincial Minister for Finance and Minerals, Mir Shoaib Nosherwani, has congratulated the nation, particularly the people of Balochistan, on the occasion of Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day. He said Pakistan is the fruit of the timeless struggle, sacrifices, and unwavering resolve of the nation’s forefathers.
Shoaib Nosherwani noted that August 14 is a reminder to honor the sacrifices of ancestors, renew the pledge of love for the homeland, and unite for the country’s development and prosperity. He stressed that the security, sovereignty, and stability of Pakistan are collective responsibilities.
Highlighting Balochistan’s role, he said the province’s people have always rendered valuable sacrifices for the nation’s security and progress. The provincial government, he added, is taking concrete steps for the economic and social uplift of the people, creating employment opportunities, providing basic facilities, and ensuring sustainable development.
The minister emphasized the need to promote national unity, brotherhood, tolerance, and mutual respect to collectively face the challenges confronting the country. He described the youth as Pakistan’s bright future, underscoring that providing them with education, skills, and employment opportunities remains a top priority.
On Independence Day, Nosherwani urged the nation to commit all abilities and resources to Pakistan’s development, prosperity, and stability, while adopting Quaid‑e‑Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s guiding principles of unity, faith, and discipline in practical life.
Concluding his message, he prayed for Pakistan’s perpetual existence, peace, progress, and prosperity, expressing hope that Independence Day would continue to be a source of joy and optimism for the people of Balochistan and the entire nation.
