Shahid Rind lauds security forces for successful operations in Washuk and Mastung
Aide to the Chief Minister Balochistan on Media and Political Affairs, Shahid Rind, has paid tribute to the security forces for their successful intelligence‑based operations in Washuk and Mastung, describing their sacrifices and professionalism as a source of pride for the entire nation.
Shahid Rind added that on August 5 and 6, 2026, under Operation Rad‑ul‑Fitna‑3, two effective intelligence‑based operations were carried out in Washuk and Mastung districts. During these actions, 12 terrorists belonging to the India‑backed group “Fitna‑e‑Hindustan” were killed. He explained that on August 5, security forces intercepted terrorist movements in Washuk, eliminating six militants. The following day, in Mastung, another operation led to the killing of six more terrorists after intense exchange of fire, with their hideout completely destroyed.
He emphasized that the security forces and law‑enforcement agencies are performing their duties with full commitment to ensure peace, protect lives and property, and eradicate terrorism from Balochistan. “Under the national vision of Azm‑e‑Istihkam, terrorism backed by external elements will be eliminated completely,” he said.
Shahid Rind reaffirmed that the Balochistan government stands in complete solidarity with the security forces and law‑enforcement agencies in the national war against terrorism. He pledged that every possible cooperation will continue to achieve lasting peace, stability, and development in the province.
