Provincial Assembly Member Hidayat-ur-Rehman visits educational institutions in Gwadar, assures support for university needs

 

Gwadar, Member of the Provincial Assembly Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman Baloch visited University of Gwadar, Government Boys Degree College, and Government Girls Degree College, where he reviewed academic activities, student attendance, teaching affairs, and administrative challenges faced by the institutions.

 

During his visit to the University of Gwadar, Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman met Vice Chancellor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, Professor Manzoor, and other officials to discuss the university’s academic and administrative situation. The Vice Chancellor highlighted the institution’s pressing needs, including the provision of a bus for students. The MPA assured that he would take up these requirements with the Governor and Chief Minister of Balochistan to seek solutions.

 

Later, he inspected the Boys and Girls Degree Colleges, checking classroom attendance, teaching activities, and staff presence. At the Boys College, he praised the students’ strong attendance and urged efforts to re-engage those absent in academic activities. At the Girls College, he expressed satisfaction with the institution’s performance and administrative affairs.

 

He also contacted Provincial Education Minister Raheela Hameed Durrani to brief her on the Girls College’s achievements and needs. On the occasion, the college presented him with the first edition of its newly published magazine.

 

Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman emphasized that quality education, regular student attendance, and provision of essential facilities in Gwadar’s institutions are top priorities. He pledged to raise these issues at all possible forums to ensure that students receive the opportunities and resources they deserve.
