Quetta, The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has reported that mainly hot and dry weather will continue in most districts of Balochistan over the next 48 to 72 hours, with very hot conditions expected in Nokkundi, Washuk, Dalbandin, Kharan, Panjgur, Noshki, Sibi, Kohlu, Dera Bugti, and parts of Awaran, Kech, Khuzdar, and Naseerabad division.

According to the Regional Meteorological Center (RMC) Quetta, partly cloudy weather is likely in coastal areas, while occasional gusty winds may affect several districts during the afternoon and evening hours.

The maximum temperature recorded was 42.0°C in Dalbandin, while Gwadar registered the minimum at 30.5°C.

Authorities have advised residents to take precautionary measures against the heat, particularly in districts where very hot conditions are forecast.
