Education Minister stresses training for effective governance at NIPA Quetta

 

Provincial Minister for Education Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani attended the closing ceremony of the 47th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) Quetta.

 

Addressing the ceremony, the Minister said that government officers are vital pillars of the state system, and their professional training, enhancement of administrative skills, and awareness of modern governance are essential for effective public service and improved governance. She noted that training institutions play a crucial role in strengthening officers’ leadership and decision-making abilities.

 

On the occasion, DG NIPA Dr. Ali Raza Shah briefed participants about the institute’s role, training programs, and efforts to enhance the professional capacity of officers.

 

Minister Raheela Durrani distributed certificates among 27 officers who successfully completed the course and congratulated them on their achievement.
