CM Sarfraz Bugti welcomes historic Pakistan–Saudi Arabia–Turkey defense pact
Quetta, Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti has welcomed the trilateral defense agreement signed in Makkah between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, terming it a historic development for peace, security, and stability in the region.
The Chief Minister said the pact reflects mutual trust, cooperation, and strengthened defense capabilities among the three brotherly nations. He emphasized that Pakistan’s relations with Saudi Arabia are rooted in history, fraternity, and mutual respect, while Turkey remains a trusted ally and brotherly country.
Sarfraz Bugti noted that the agreement symbolizes the shared commitment of the three nations toward a secure, stable, and prosperous future. He added that the pact will not only enhance defense cooperation but also reinforce strategic partnership and unity within the Muslim world.
He praised the role of the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Field Marshal in making the agreement possible, highlighting their efforts to safeguard national interests and regional peace. The Chief Minister prayed that the Makkah accord brings blessings for Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the entire Muslim Ummah, leading to new milestones of peace, stability, development, and prosperity.
