CM Balochistan vows balanced development across all districts, meets Musakhail delegation
Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, reaffirmed the government’s commitment to inclusive and balanced development across the province, stressing that all tribes and citizens of Balochistan are important and that no district will be left behind in the journey of progress.
He made these remarks during a meeting with a high‑level delegation from Musakhail, led by Chief of Gharsheen Sardar Syed Asad Zaman Gharsheen. The delegation included former Deputy Speaker of the Balochistan Assembly Sardar Babar Khan Musakhail, former provincial minister Maulana Ghulam Sarwar, representatives of Union Councils Indarpur and Rarasham, as well as tribal elders and political leaders.
The delegation briefed the Chief Minister on the administrative, developmental, and public welfare challenges facing Musakhail district, presenting proposals for infrastructure improvement, provision of basic facilities, and communication network upgrades.
CM Bugti assured the delegation that the provincial government is pursuing a vision of equal and balanced development across all districts. He emphasized that continuous consultation with public representatives, tribal elders, and local leadership ensures that development projects are aligned with the needs of the people, particularly in remote and underdeveloped areas.
Highlighting government priorities, Sarfraz Bugti noted that last year a special development package was allocated for Washuk district, while this year special attention will be directed towards Musakhail and other backward districts to improve public welfare. He reiterated that available resources will be utilized effectively to guarantee phased development across all underdeveloped regions.
“Balochistan’s tribes and people are our own, and the government is taking practical steps without discrimination to ensure prosperity and improve the standard of living in every area,” Bugti said, reaffirming that no district or region will be left behind.
The meeting was also attended by Provincial Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove, Principal Secretary to the CM Imran Zarkoon, and Staff Officer Syed Ahmed Shah Gharsheen.
