Gwadar Safe City project and district courts security reviewed
Gwadar, In a significant move to strengthen public safety, rule of law, and institutional security, an important visit was conducted today to review the under‑construction Gwadar Safe City Project and the District Courts Gwadar.
In the first phase of the visit, progress on the Safe City Project was examined. Officials briefed on the installation of modern surveillance systems, command and control facilities, and the overall security framework. It was emphasized that upon completion, the project will enhance law and order in Gwadar, assist in crime prevention, and ensure a safer environment for citizens. The initiative will also play a vital role in boosting the capacity of law enforcement agencies through advanced technology.
Later, the District Courts Gwadar were inspected, with a detailed review of security arrangements within the judicial premises. Entry and exit points, security checks, personnel performance, and public convenience measures were assessed. Discussions were held on further strengthening court security.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the District and Sessions Judge Gwadar, focusing on judicial affairs, security measures, and promoting the supremacy of law. It was agreed that a secure and peaceful environment for judicial institutions is essential for timely justice delivery, while effective coordination among relevant departments will help reinforce public trust.
