Speaker Balochistan Assembly inaugurates road projects in Chaman
Chaman, Speaker Balochistan Assembly Captain (R) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai and Deputy Commissioner Chaman Habib Ahmed Bangulzai inaugurated three newly completed blacktop road projects in Chaman city during a visit to various areas.
The projects include the Construction of Road Near ANF-1, District Chaman (BSDI Phase-II), Spin Chowk Road, and Essa Khan Ground Road. The ANF-1 road project was completed at a cost of approximately Rs. 14.85 million, while blacktopping of Spin Chowk Road and Essa Khan Ground Road has also been finalized.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Speaker Abdul Khaliq Achakzai unveiled the plaques and offered special prayers for the development, prosperity, peace, stability, and security of Chaman and the country. He said that improving infrastructure, constructing and rehabilitating roads, and providing better facilities to citizens are among the government’s priorities. Timely and quality completion of development projects, he added, will not only improve transport facilities but also promote civic and commercial activities in the region.
Deputy Commissioner Habib Ahmed Bangulzai stated that the district administration is ensuring effective monitoring of development projects to guarantee quality standards and timely completion so that the benefits directly reach the citizens.
Local residents, contractors, and district administration officials also attended the ceremony.
