Youth Sports Policy seminar held in Quetta

Meena Maeed emphasizes to make sports sector more effective, provide better opportunities for young people

Provincial Advisor for Sports and Youth Affairs Meena Majeed Baloch attended the Youth Sports Policy Seminar at Ayub Stadium Quetta, accompanied by the Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs and the Director General Sports.

The seminar was attended by representatives of various sports associations, athletes, youth, and stakeholders from related sectors. Participants presented suggestions and raised questions regarding sports promotion, opportunities for youth, sports infrastructure, and policy development.

Meena Majeed Baloch engaged directly with the participants, responding to their queries and listening attentively to their proposals and opinions. She emphasized that the purpose of the Youth Sports Review Policy is to make the sports sector more effective, provide better opportunities for young people and athletes, and incorporate stakeholder feedback into policymaking.

She noted that the views of athletes, sports associations, and youth are of vital importance for the improvement of the sports sector, and assured that their suggestions will be taken into account in future planning.
