Shahid Rind condemns Mastung attack, vows decisive action

Quetta, Adviser to the Chief Minister Balochistan on Media and Political Affairs Shahid Rind has strongly condemned the terrorist firing incident in Mastung that claimed the lives of Session Judge Abdul Hakeem Kakar and his security guard.

Shahid Rind said that the attack on protectors of law is in fact a failed attempt to challenge the writ of the state and the justice system, which will never succeed. He termed the targeting of lawyers and judges as part of a deep and organized conspiracy aimed at spreading fear and pressuring state institutions, but assured that the government is determined to foil such nefarious designs.

He declared that the terrorists and their facilitators involved in the incident will not be spared, and that law enforcement agencies have been directed to carry out decisive operations to bring them swiftly to justice. Rind stressed that anti‑peace elements will never succeed in destabilizing Balochistan, as indiscriminate actions against state enemies will be intensified until every terrorist network is dismantled.

The Adviser emphasized that the blood of martyrs will not go in vain, and that the Government of Balochistan stands shoulder to shoulder with the families of the martyrs. He assured that the injured are being provided with the best medical facilities.

Reiterating the government’s resolve, Shahid Rind said that Balochistan will continue its struggle, in full coordination with all state institutions, until terrorism is completely eradicated and every conspiracy against the province’s peace and stability is defeated.
