Balochistan Police activates helpline 1715 for immediate public complaints

 

Quetta, The Balochistan Police has activated its dedicated helpline 1715, enabling citizens to lodge complaints and seek immediate assistance. The initiative aims to strengthen accountability, improve monitoring, and ensure timely redressal of public grievances.

 

According to a police spokesperson, citizens can now report issues such as non-registration of FIRs, inappropriate or unlawful police behavior, bribery, and corruption directly through the helpline. The service is designed to provide swift responses to urgent complaints and enhance transparency in policing.

 

In addition to helpline 1715, citizens may also contact 081-9204851 for complaints and related information, or submit grievances via WhatsApp at 0304-3470110. The spokesperson emphasized that no injustice or misconduct should go unreported, urging the public to actively use the helpline to ensure accountability.

 

The police highlighted that the system will monitor complaints closely and ensure prompt action, reinforcing the government’s commitment to responsive and transparent law enforcement.
