Police Modernization: 31 motorcycles provided to police in Usta Muhammad and Naseerabad districts

 

Quetta, In line with the special directives of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti and Inspector General of Police Muhammad Tahir, the provincial government has initiated steps to modernize the policing system, strengthen patrol operations, and keep a close watch on criminal elements. As part of this effort, a total of 31 new CG-125 motorcycles have been handed over to police in Usta Muhammad and Naseerabad districts.

 

In Usta Muhammad, 15 motorcycles were distributed among police stations to enhance crime prevention, patrolling, and rapid response. SP Usta Muhammad Hafiz Muaz-ur-Rehman handed over the keys to station house officers and unit in-charges, directing them to ensure proper maintenance and responsible use of the vehicles strictly for official duties. He said the provision of motorcycles will improve patrol coverage, strengthen crime control, and enhance public safety.

 

Meanwhile, Naseerabad Police received 16 new motorcycles, which were handed over by SSP Naseerabad Asad Khan Nasar to police stations including City, Saddar, Mangoli, Manjhoshori, Mir Hassan, and the 15 Madadgar unit. SSP Asad Nasar said that the new motorcycles will expand the scope and duration of police patrols, improve crime prevention, and strengthen immediate response capacity. He added that modern resources will boost police efficiency and ensure timely and effective services to the public.
