Dr. Rubaba Buledi reviews women development department’s performance
Quetta, Advisor to the Chief Minister on Women Development, Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi, held a meeting with newly appointed Secretary of the Women Development Department, Sher Shah Ghilzai, who briefed her on the department’s performance, ongoing projects, programs, and overall administrative affairs.
Secretary Ghilzai informed the Advisor about initiatives aimed at the welfare, development, protection, and socio-economic empowerment of women across the province. He highlighted the department’s efforts to create opportunities for women to participate effectively in society.
Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi, while reviewing the department’s progress, stressed the need to further strengthen measures that ensure women’s development and provide them with a dignified and influential role in society. She reiterated that the welfare of women and equal access to opportunities remain among the top priorities of the Balochistan government.
The Advisor directed the department to ensure transparency, effective monitoring, and improved service delivery. She emphasized that the benefits of government programs for women must reach remote areas of the province, thereby promoting inclusive growth and empowerment.
