Sardar Kohyar Khan Domki completes hockey stadium project, provides new sports facility for youth

Provincial Minister for Industries and Commerce Balochistan, Chief Sardar Kohyar Khan Domki, has announced the completion of a hockey stadium project funded through his special development allocations, providing a modern sports facility for the youth of the region.

Sardar Kohyar Khan Domki said the initiative reflects the government’s commitment to offering better and quality sports opportunities to young people. He emphasized that sports not only encourage healthy activities but also play a vital role in keeping the younger generation away from negative environments and social evils such as drug addiction.

Highlighting the importance of youth engagement, Domki said that “providing improved sports facilities to youth is among our top priorities. Practical steps are being taken to ensure that young people have access to safe and modern grounds where they can showcase their talent.”

He further noted that development projects are being implemented across his constituency, including Sibi, Lehri, and Bakhtiarabad, with the aim of putting the region on the path of progress and prosperity. Domki assured that more initiatives will be introduced to uplift the area and create opportunities for the younger generation.

The completion of the hockey stadium is expected to boost local sports culture, nurture emerging talent, and strengthen community engagement through healthy recreational activities.
