CM Sarfraz Bugti extends Eid Milad-un-Nabi greetings, calls for unity, tolerance, and service to humanity

Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti has extended warm greetings to the nation, particularly the people of Balochistan, on the blessed occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, describing the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a divine gift for all humanity.

In his message, Bugti said the life of the Holy Prophet is a complete code of conduct, embodying love, brotherhood, tolerance, justice, equality, and service to mankind. He emphasized that Eid Milad-un-Nabi reminds us to follow the teachings of the Prophet (PBUH), who guided humanity out of ignorance and injustice into the light of knowledge, justice, and compassion.

The Chief Minister highlighted that the Prophet placed special emphasis on protecting the rights of the poor, orphans, women, and the underprivileged, and that his noble example remains the foundation for a just and compassionate society. Sarfraz Bugti stressed that the challenges faced today can only be overcome by adopting these golden principles in both individual and collective life.

He noted that Pakistan, as an Islamic democratic state, derives its national identity from the teachings of Islam — peace, security, brotherhood, and love for humanity. On this occasion, Bugti urged citizens to pledge to promote unity, tolerance, and mutual respect, rejecting hatred, prejudice, extremism, and division.

Sarfraz Bugti further said that Balochistan is a beautiful blend of diverse tribes, languages, and cultures, and all citizens are equal. The Prophet’s teachings, he added, call for equality, brotherhood, and fulfillment of rights among all people. He underscored that promoting peace, harmony, and interfaith unity is a shared responsibility.

The Chief Minister reaffirmed that the provincial government is committed to public welfare, education, healthcare, and economic development, with special focus on the needs of marginalized communities, in line with the Prophet’s teachings. He urged citizens to remember those facing poverty and hardship, and to share their joy with the needy, saying that helping the underprivileged is the true expression of love for the Prophet (PBUH).

Sarfraz also appealed to the public to maintain peace, tolerance, and brotherhood during Eid Milad-un-Nabi gatherings and celebrations, respecting each other’s beliefs and sentiments. He called on citizens to pledge to work with honesty and responsibility for the progress, prosperity, and stability of Pakistan, noting that a strong, peaceful, and prosperous nation is the best legacy for future generations.

Concluding his message, Sarfraz Bugti prayed that Allah Almighty grant the nation the ability to follow the teachings of the Prophet, bless Pakistan with peace and stability, bring prosperity to Balochistan, protect the country from all difficulties, and shower His mercy upon the entire Muslim Ummah.
