Naseerabad, Deputy Commissioner Naseerabad Varinder Lal chaired an important meeting of the Allotment Committee to review matters related to land allotment for citizens of Dera Murad Jamali. The meeting discussed the government’s allotment directives, the current situation, and the long-standing demands of local residents.

 

Officials informed the meeting that the allotment process was initially planned to be completed using a modern satellite system, but due to certain technical and administrative reasons, the process has not yet been finalized, causing delays.

 

Addressing the meeting, DC Varinder Lal stressed that the allotment process would now be expedited to meet the genuine needs and longstanding demands of the citizens. He emphasized that resolving public grievances is a top priority of the district administration, and therefore, all legal requirements, government directives, and principles of transparency must be strictly observed during implementation.

 

The Deputy Commissioner directed relevant officers to thoroughly examine all records, documents, and necessary matters to avoid any legal or administrative complications, ensuring that eligible citizens receive their rightful allotments without delay. He further announced that the allotment process will commence within a few days and will be carried out with full adherence to merit, transparency, and rules and regulations.

 

Varinder Lal reaffirmed that all available resources will be utilized to resolve this longstanding issue and provide relief to the citizens of Dera Murad Jamali.
