University of Gwadar reviews fall 2026 admissions, VC stresses effective campaign and academic preparedness
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir chaired an academic and administrative meeting at the VC Secretariat to review Fall 2026 admissions, set enrollment targets, and assess preparations for the upcoming semester. The meeting was attended by Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Syed Manzoor Ahmed, Registrar Dr. Daulat Khan, Director Finance Rehmatullah, Director QEC Dr. Rabia Aslam, Director ORIC Dr. Irshad Baloch, and heads of various departments.
Addressing the participants, VC Dr. Sabir emphasized that the Fall 2026 admission campaign must be made more effective to achieve the university’s set targets. He directed all departments and faculty members to actively promote academic programs and ensure maximum outreach to prospective students.
He stressed the importance of adopting a transparent, timely, and student-friendly admission process, urging faculty to play a proactive role in awareness activities through school and college visits, social media campaigns, and direct engagement with students. Continuous monitoring of departmental admission targets was also highlighted.
Regarding the new semester, the VC underscored the need for academic discipline and timely preparations, instructing faculty to finalize teaching schedules, course allocations, study materials, classroom arrangements, and other essential academic logistics.
Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir called on all officers, faculty members, and staff to work with coordination, commitment, and responsibility to ensure the successful achievement of admission goals and the smooth commencement of the new semester.
